Trade Pricing Explained
HEATPORT offers a list of different discounts.
The best is, that all of these discounts are applied over each other and therefore can cumulatively provide a massive savings.
Please note that the following terms are subject to change and HEATPORT reserves the right to modify them at any time without prior notification. To ensure you are up-to-date on the latest discount terms, we recommend checking this page regularly.
Seasonal discounts

Take advantage of significant savings on our whole diesel heating systems, including installation kits, pre-integrated units, and portable units, by shopping outside of the main winter season. Typically, pricing will return to standard rates as we approach our peak season, making this an ideal opportunity to stock up in advance and save. Seasonal discounts are openly displayed for each model and apply to the basic kit.
Please note that seasonal discounts are only applicable to selected products, and the discount amount is determined individually for each model depending on the season. As we approach the peak of the winter season in the Southern Hemisphere (June), the discount amount offered will decrease.
Kit discounts
30% off *
Enjoy additional 30% discount on every extra part you order in addition to the basic kit, which includes the RV STARTER or STANDARD KIT. Opting for a higher kit like PRO & ULTIMATE that includes a more advanced selection of premium parts can result in significant cost savings compared to purchasing these parts separately at full price.
If you have specific requirements that go beyond the standard kit offerings, you have unlimited options to customise your kit to meet your needs.
The discount for the kit applies only to additional components that directly complement or enhance the specific kit and are intended for use exclusively in that particular kit. This means that all components of the kit must be used in a single installation.
Please note that when customising a kit, you are not allowed to add components that do not directly contribute to the intended installation or that will be used elsewhere, even if they are additional parts or quantities. These parts must be therefore ordered separately and the kit discount does not apply to these parts.
Volume discounts
10 - 50% off
The more quantities you purchase, the more you can save on both parts & accessories, as well as entire heating systems. Add the volume discounts on top of the seasonal discounts and kit discounts!
The volume discount is applicable when multiple quantities of the same product variant or the exact same configuration of an entire system are purchased. For example, if two entire systems have a slight variation in configuration, they are considered as two separate products and are not eligible for the volume discount as a combined purchase.

Please be advised that if you plan to order larger quantities of an entire system through our e-commerce site, we recommend that you contact us beforehand to confirm that all required components are available in the desired quantities. This will help to ensure a smooth and efficient ordering process. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased.

When placing an order through our e-commerce store on the Shopify platform or paying with a credit card, there will be a processing fee charged directly to HEATPORT. However, to help you save even more, we offer an additional flat 2% discount on orders when the processing fee is not involved.
To qualify for this discount, you must send us the purchase order via email and make a direct deposit into our NZ bank account. The total order value (excluding shipping) must be at least $1000 + GST, and we will send you the GST invoice.
Please note that payments made directly into our BNZ account may clear immediately or also on the next working day, depending on your bank.

If you have not previously logged in, please create account before proceeding using the same e-mail which has already trade pricing activated. If you are in a hurry with your order and wish to avoid any delays (including administrative work such as preparing a purchase order and from our side a quotation and invoice), we encourage you to to benefit from the straightforward ordering process via our e-shop.
